Angel Watch Supervision

Children deserve to spend time with their parents in a place that feels normal. Angel Watch Supervision resembles a residential property purpose-fitted for supervised visitation: warm lighting, family spaces, and room to play.

How it works

A straightforward path from court order to first visit.

  1. 01

    Intake and Orientation

    Each party meets separately with the Director to review rules, expectations, and the facility. Submit court orders. We review for fit and scheduling.

  2. 02

    Visits begin

    Visits or exchanges take place at Angel Watch Facility or Angel's Abode Partner location on the agreed schedule, with staggered arrivals.

  3. 03

    Reports delivered

    Factual visit notes are documented and provided to the parties and court as subpoenaed.

At Angel Watch Supervision visitation center

Observational Supervision

$50/hr

The most common and affordable means of having supervised parenting time.

  • Up to 4 children included
  • $5/hr for each additional child

At partner location

Angel's Abode Observational Supervision

$30–$40/hr

The most common means of having supervised parenting time. Rate is based on income provided.

Supervisor meets at an agreed public setting

In-Public Supervision

$60/hr

Available within Harrison, Henderson, Rusk, Smith, Upshur, and Van Zandt County.

  • Two-hour minimum.
  • Up to 2 children included. $5/hr for each additional child
  • $10 travel fee up to 15-mile radius, $0.75 per additional mile
  • Visiting parent covers any venue entry fees for the supervisor

Safe Exchange

$40/exchange

A brief, neutral exchange of the child between parents — no extended visit.

In-public supervision is only provided within Harrison, Henderson, Rusk, Smith, Upshur, and Van Zandt County.

Do you accept court-ordered cases?
Yes — every case we take is referred through a court order, attorney, or mediator. We follow the terms of the order exactly.
Where do visits take place?
All supervised visits and exchanges take place on-site at Angel Watch Supervision, our dedicated visitation home or Angel's Abode Partner location. If order allows or agreement Community Settings can be approved.
Will I receive a written report?
No, unless requested by legal counsel. We provide a factual, observation-based report suitable for submission to the court.
Are monitors trained?
All monitors are background-checked and trained in family dynamics, child safety, and conflict de-escalation.
How do I get started?
Contact us to schedule an intake meeting and provide a copy of your court order. We'll respond within one business day to schedule intake and orientation.
